This unlock planes stuff is indeed kind of a Call of Dutish thingy, I would hate that, BUT this video is impressing with all the crew on the carriers and stuff. That being said the whole thing would be worthless with crappy flight and damage models, and without on line mission editor etc.

Mill“s opinion does not not makes me too optimistic, though there is Deuce's positive feedback. Maybe I am asking too much but could you please provide some more detailed descriptions, if you consider it necessary and usefull...

I would do that but my net connection is from the XVI.Th century so I don't even know if I can/will get this stuff with its 7GBs.

Many thanks,

kind regards

PS: also this comment is interesting under the video:

Yeah I runs suprisingly well, the ingame benchmark averaged 250fps on average settings for me. That is on a GTX680, but considering 60fps is pretty much all you need it seems that if you can run Il2 well then this should be no problem. It seems to run better then old il2 actually. It's the kind of performance that CloD should have, but then again it might be due to War Thunders more simplistic calculations rather then real optimization.

On that note, I'm gonna try it again.

Is there anyone here who also plays that wants to join up at some point?

I also still can't get TrackIR to recognize it, which bums me out a bit.

Ill try it with you. I'm downloading it right now. I have Wing of Prey which i bought on amazon for $10 seems like war thunder is based on it. Graphics and sounds are awesome but flight model is very much like an arcade even on realistic. If they make this game to the level of IL2 it will be a great game. Hope they don't mess it up.

Really iLOVEwindmills? I have read on the other forum that it can easily drop to 15fps with more clouds or air traffic, on an average computer.
