Hi,
I just purchased Cliffs of Dover, inserted the DVD, tried the setup and all that happened was that some "Steam" program popped up and waiting now for me to create a new account....
What's the story on this? I seems I can't install the game CoD directly from the DVD?

Thanks for answers in advance,
Chris

Chris -

Yes you must install  Steam and CloD from the DVD.   Then you create a steam account.   The game uses steam to sync the updates.

Thanks for help. Seem to have it installed.
Next problem: As soon as I try to start a game (training, for example), I get engine sound and everything, but no image....
Any help on that?
Maybe I am not alone with this problem, was that discussed anywhere else?

WildWillie,

thanks for the thread. I will look at it as soon as I have time. Plus, I will try to install the game on another computer and see how that is doing. If not I will come back here and post my machine's settings.

Thanks
Chris
