As most of you are aware, we have had ongoing difficulties with pilots understanding the difference  between spawn bases and RRR bases on both Spits servers. It has reached the point that we need to change the policy where all spawn bases and previous RRR bases are to be considered as off limits and not allowed to be attacked.  This avoids any confusion caused by language difficulties and makes for a level playing field across the two servers.

The current wording in the rules concerning Spawn bases is as follows:

Spawn Bases - Attacking anything on the ground or airborne at spawn bases is not allowed unless designated as a target in the mission brief.

http://www.warbirdsofprey.org/index.php?topic=4650.0

The above statement in the rules will stay as it is, because it still allows for the same set of rules to be used on the Zeke vs Wildcat server.  However, effective immediately, there will no such thing as an RRR base designated as a target in any of the missions (the briefs will be updated) on all of the Spits vs 109s servers, so no enemy spawn or what was a previous Refuel & Rearm base is allowed to be attacked.  Eventually they all  will be marked with white markers and red fires and the appropriate superflak will be present.

Please be advised that it may take some time to convert each mission and change the briefs.  This policy is effective immediately.

Thanks for your continued support!
