Install of UP3.0RC4 problems

I am having problems with my current install. (kan.sas not responding is one of them.)  So I have decided to to do a fresh install of UP3.0RC4.
I have searched the web and cannot find downloads for RC2, RC3, RC4 at the Ultrapack site or anywhere else.  I do have  saved copies of UP3.0 and RC2.
   
How to create a new UP3.0RC4 to fly on WoP Mod Servers
None of the links in this topic work regarding UltraPack downloads. I just get an "An Error Has Occurred" from the UltraPack site.  I am logged in at this site.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I checked out your links but downloading the Ultr@Pack 3.0RC Full Torrent File does not work.
I have the program "Final Torrent", but it keeps saying "file not found".
Isn't there any better tutorial how to download all this?
