I am greatful we will have another go.

But please, edit your text for minimal risk of confusion.
If you run the mission at 11 AM Eastern US, it does NOT run at 8.00PM (2000hrs) GMT+2.... it would read:

"Sunday, November 20th 2011 - 1000 hrs Central US, 1100 hrs Eastern US, 1600 hrs UTC (GMT), 1700 hrs CET, 1800 hrs GMT+2"

This is the time you ran the last mission.

thank you Smiley

NOTE: All times are Standard Time and 24 hrs clock.

IF you prefer 12 hrs clock (AM/PM):

"Sunday, November 20th 2011 - 10.00 AM Central US, 11:00 AM Eastern US, 4:00 PM UTC (GMT), 5:00 PM CET, 6:00 PM GMT+2"

There was a lot of confusion about start times for this event last time. The time you are showing as 10:00hrs Central US and 11:00am Eastern is 16:00 GMT. This is the same time as last Sunday's bomber night. I made it but but others were confused and thought it was an hour later.

To avoid further confusion could you please put events down in Zulu time? (This happens to be the same as GMT right now) Anyone can click on http://www.zulutime.net/ and work their own difference out from here.

Thanks!

As a second point, could restrictions on fuel limits be lifted? I ran out of fuel in last weeks BN event. I took the maximum allowed and flew a reasonable direct route to and from target. I did take some damage and got a fuel leak but ran out not far from my own coast. I was cringing to see home so close by as listened to the airframe of my B-17 quietly creaking as it lost altitude gliding from 25k down to the ocean. (I more or less ran the bomber near full power to bomb from 28k at the target)

There are lots of time zone converters around.  Here are two...

Barndoor the B-17 doesn't have a fuel restriction. I set every plane to 100%.  Taking more than 40% is a waste in a B-17 as it just slows you down. Flak hits will cause leaks just like IRL.

all depends how far and high you're going. Last time 4 of us took 40% and flew at 60% power at 25k all the way to the target and soon after those with leaks ran out of fuel. In real life at climb power, B-17 doesn't climb more than 1000ft/m, probably less when fully loaded.

On that very mission when we first ran it, I too got a flak hit and ran out of fuel over Margate but was able to glide all the way to land dead stick.  The trick is altitude, I think I was at 24k when the engines stopped.

The fuel weight is substantial in a B-17 the extra 10% to go to 50% is a LOT of weight and the B-17 will climb like a iron sled.  I would rather have the altitude and risk going dry.

I see no EuroBN mission amongst the missions that run Sunday. I checked in to the page if there is any Euro BN but there was only normal missions on the menu? I missed something?

No BN mission was run Cocoa. We had SvAFers online on time, but the mission Sea Lion UP3 was run instead.
Must .... have been some kind of confusion.?
